Sally Ridgway’s sock yarns are cruelty free, non mulesed and are superwash treated. This is the supreme end of the sock yarn spectrum. With 85% Australian 19.5 micron super wash merino wool combined with 15% nylon this makes just beautiful socks shawls scarves and children’s cloths. Although a lot of knitters and crochets dont knit it into sock because it will happily knit into beautiful scarves, squishy beanies and adorable childrens clothes or any number of beautiful projects.
