18 ga wire – fairly thick. Silverplated copper wire with coloured varnish and nylon coating to protect and prevent tarnish. Does not fade. Very soft and easy to bend – thick enough to have some strength. Do not solder or heat with a flame. 20 ft / 6.1 m on a spool. 0.040/1.02 mm in diameter. Silver plated under the colour gives more vibrant effect and richer colour.

We have found that this color varies from batch to batch and from size to size. Something about this color, apparently.
